Shannon Jenkins-Notaro moved to the Hudson Valley March 2019 from Long Island. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Geology (2014) and a Masters of Science in Environmental Science (2018) from Brooklyn College. Shannon’s previous experience includes four years working as a Conservation Biologist monitoring endangered and threatened shore birds on Long Island.  With a love for the outdoors and the natural world, she really enjoys all the beautiful places this position takes her and learning native and invasive species When she's not at work she can be found hanging out with her dog Snacks.

Allysa Laik is a graduate of SUNY Ulster with an Environmental Science degree. Having previously interned with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection as an Invasive Species Field Technician, she enjoys aquatic invasive species the most! Over the years her hobbies of fishing, edible gardening and metal detecting have kept Allysa out in the fresh air and beauty of the Hudson Valley.

Josh Rudder has been working as a natural resources steward / technician for more than a decade.  Originally from Brooklyn, he now lives and shall forever remain in the Taconic Mountains.
