Phil Bossert - Invasive Plant Control Technician/Shop Steward
Phil really enjoys killing invasive species. Prior to Trillium, Phil worked as a Strike Team Supervisor for NYS Parks for some years and as a Lanternfly technician in PA. He is excited to work in a new region and learn new skills. He enjoys hiking, playing instruments, and exploring the Hudson Valley.

Winston Gedicks- Invasive Plant Control Technician
A local to the Hudson Valley for most his life, Winston started working for Trillium this past April. Degrees from both SUNY ESF and Ulster County Community College have prepared him to work in the environmental field. When not working Winston can be found fishing, hunting, or hiking somewhere in the Catskills. |
Andrew Leonardi- Invasive Plant Control Technician
Andrew is currently finishing his master's degree at SUNY Brockport where he studied the effects of invasive slender false-brome on temperate forests. He has worked on invasive species since 2017 while earning his bachelor's degree in environmental science and ecology. He has experience in plant identification, soil analysis, and ArcGIS. He is also a proud father of two cats named Grayson and Ollie, both cats enjoy catnip and scritches. |
